ROLE

:


The Billing Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer move in and move out activity. This position will ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. The Billing Coordinator ensures all goals, objectives, and agreed upon levels of service are met in order to support team success.

This is a 6-month contract position with an opportunity for a full-time permanent role after the successful completion of the contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Process Move In/Out Service Orders
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate in a timely manner all issues and/ or disputes to the appropriate people
- (Billing Senior or Billing Analyst)

  • Use internal systems to appropriately record in a clear and concise manner all customer service activities / comments and contact information on customers account
  • Ensure all Provident policies and procedures are followed
  • Other tasks as assigned to support team goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum education of a secondary school diploma
  • A minimum of two (1) year of work experience for a utility provider (preferred)
  • A minimum of two (1) year of work experience in Customer Service
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Work must be completed with high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Selfmotivated, well organized and the ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
  • Energetic team player
  • Homebased office requirements include highspeed internet connection and suitable workspace for frequent use during our Telework Program in effect due to COVID19.

WORKING CONDITIONS

:


  • Office environment with frequent sitting at a desk.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required.
