Responsibilities:

Input sales orders into our system.
Coordinate all actions after order placement (including payment terms, credit card payments, handoff to logistics, etc.)
Prepare sales quotes for customers.
Communicate upcoming delivery/pickup lead times.
Follow up with pending quotes and customers.
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Previous customer service experience, preferably with construction materials
Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both inperson and on the phone
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment

Hours of Work:

Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
