Franchissez le pas et faites votre marque au sein du Groupe Plan en tant que spécialiste du marketing et de la communication Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez un soutien complet à nos efforts de marketing et de communication, en assurant une gestion efficace de la marque, des stratégies de communication attrayantes, un contenu écrit convaincant et un portefeuille solide de votre travail.
En tant que spécialiste du marketing et de la communication, vous devrez :
Collaborer étroitement avec le responsable de la communication pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques de marketing et de communication alignés sur les objectifs de l'organisation.
- Prendre la direction de l'organisation et de la coordination des événements promotionnels, en supervisant tous les aspects, de la planification à l'exécution, afin de garantir un impact maximal et la visibilité de la marque.
- Surveiller et gérer les canaux de médias sociaux et la présence en ligne de l'entreprise, en stimulant l'engagement et en favorisant les interactions positives avec notre public.
- Diriger la coordination des réunions, des conférences de presse et des présentations, en veillant à une exécution sans faille et à une communication efficace des messages clés.
- Se faire le champion du maintien des normes d'identité de la marque dans tous les supports de marketing et de communication, en veillant à la cohérence et à l'alignement sur les lignes directrices de la marque.
- Identifier et traiter de manière proactive tout problème lié au contenu promotionnel, en faisant preuve de professionnalisme et en s'engageant à respecter l'intégrité de la marque.
- Jouer un rôle clé dans la planification et la mise en œuvre des stratégies de communication, en tirant parti de votre expertise pour optimiser le message et l'engagement du public.
- Vous mettez à profit vos compétences rédactionnelles exceptionnelles pour rédiger des contenus convaincants destinés à divers canaux, notamment

- Fournir un solide portfolio mettant en valeur vos capacités rédactionnelles et vos précédents projets de marketing et de communication.
- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des techniques visant à améliorer l'image publique et la réputation de l'entreprise, en surveillant les sentiments et en répondant de manière proactive à toute préoccupation.
- Évaluer l'efficacité des stratégies de communication au moyen d'analyses et de rapports détaillés, en fournissant des informations exploitables en vue d'une amélioration continue.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Licence ou diplôme en marketing, communication, anglais, relations publiques ou journalisme.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de marketing ou de communication, avec des compétences avérées en matière de planification et d'exécution stratégiques.
- Solide compréhension des techniques de marketing efficaces et des meilleures pratiques.
- Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de rédaction et d'édition, avec une capacité avérée à élaborer un contenu convaincant et persuasif.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Des compétences avancées en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, avec des antécédents de gestion réussie de projets multiples et de délais.
