- Minimum de 2 années d'expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle;
- Parfait bilinguisme (français et anglais). L'anglais est nécessaire pour la communication avec les clients anglophones;
- Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et esprit d'équipe;
- Vous êtes empathique et aimez travailler avec la clientèle;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite Office et des autres logiciels spécialisés.
