The Opportunity
WCLC is currently looking to add a
Computer Operator to our Video Lottery Division in Saskatoon. This division manages the operation of Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) in the province of Saskatchewan and is looking for someone with strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills to join our team

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Monitor status of servers for the VLT program
Perform Maximo trouble ticket maintenance for VLT program
Monitor problems to ensure network stability and timely resolution
Maintain and update site operator files
Provide End of Day processing, including;
Production of various reports for the VLT program
Production of revenue and game data reports for VLT program
System integrity testing
Provide coverage to Retail Services by
Processing calls received
Dispatching service calls as required
Isolating network and terminal problems
Act as liaison with SLGA and SaskTel
Other duties and projects as assigned

Education and Professional skills/knowledge

Minimum of 2 years computer related experience
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of computer security processes
Must be available to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule
Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal with large call volumes when necessary.
Ability to work with Photoshop would be an asset
