Description
We offer a great team environment with your own open office and workstation. Each workstation has a powered sit-standing desk.


The individual needs to be proficient with their phone skills, computer and typing skills, communication skills and must be a respectful team player.


It is expected that the primary focus will be dealing with existing accounts while the remaining time will be spent doing other tasks that build on your strengths.


  • Multitasking and the ability to switch from one situation to another is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written use of the English language is a requirement. A great time is spent communicating with customers.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Understanding customers needs, reviewing history notes and creating service instructions.
  • Bilingual (French) will be considered and asset but not a requirement

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma min.
  • Strong listening and understanding skills.
  • Strong mannerisms and professionalism.
  • Interested in building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$44,200.00-$46,800.00 per year
