ECS Cares is a growing Medical Waste company wanting to add to our Customer Service Team. The role is for a Logistics Support specifically related to the Customers service needs. We offer a positive, energetic and respectful work environment. This is a full-time Monday to Friday job with hours of 8:00-5:00.

This job consists of multiple duties including;

Confirm service request details and create the entry into our database.
Advising client (if needed) with shipping information and providing appropriate paper work
Updating contact information in database
This individual must have the following skills and requirements
Be fluent in written and oral English
Be respectful and well mannered
Professional and organized
Reporting knowledge and general experience with excel and spreadsheets is a must
Detail orientated
Multitasking will be a strong asset
Problem solving with abilities to navigate priorities
It will be an asset should you have a general geography of Ontario and its regions.

We offer a clean and respectful workplace, independant work station with electric sit/stand desks.

As a growing business we have many products rotating in and out and are needing a detailed, hard working individual that can work well on their own while also willing to help others.

Product knowledge will be trained as it is specific to our industry however having previous customer service or routing knowledge will be asset.

Being respectful, detailed and hardworking is a requirement.

Job rate will depend upon your qualifications and experience
