Inside Sales Representative - ISS Dental (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As a Inside Sales Representative - ISS Dental, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Driving 3M sales to assigned distribution in managed territories._
- _ Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth._
- _ Introducing new products, and communicating promotions to relevant customers and prospects_
- _ Maintaining and updating a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecasts_
- _ Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs_
- _ Working to attain sales quota, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics_
- _ Sharing best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment_
- _ Proficiently identifying market trends and account needs in order to react to market activity and reach favorable sales goals_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and (2) years experience in sales
OR

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of (6) years of experience in the dental industry
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • One (1) or more years of outside sales and/or inside sales experience
  • Account management experience
  • Skills include solution selling, listening skills, gain commitment
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment
  • Creative problemsolving abilities are preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely
