The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As a(n) Customer Service HIS you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Manage creation and maintenance of sales contracts in Salesforce and SAP, preparation of contract renewal customer communications, and associated customer purchase orders, in coordination with sales team
  • Prepare monthly client software usage billings using selfserve and scheduled data analytics reports
  • Manage hardware orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System) and Salesforce databases, including related customer enquiries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
  • Manage vendor payments including shopping cart setup and PO maintenance in SAP, and PO closures in accordance with financial compliance standards and in coordination with Accounts Payable team
  • Support marketing with customer communications and collateral including software release updates, following compliance and translation requirements
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of (job related experience)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in supporting sales teams with account analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, SAP, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution
