What Do We Offer?

Responsibilities

Thoroughly examine and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and related records to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parcels.
Take the lead in investigating and addressing inquiries related to parcels. This includes liaising with relevant departments, customers, and partners to provide timely and accurate updates on parcel statuses, anticipated delivery times, and resolution of any issues or concerns.
Review and rectify address discrepancies to prevent delivery delays or errors. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and uptodate address information, enhancing the overall delivery process.
Embrace a proactive approach by seamlessly undertaking tasks beyond the routine. Be prepared to tackle various assignments that contribute to the team's efficiency and the organization's success.
Serve as a dependable backup resource for fellow team members during peak workloads, absences, or challenging situations.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Strong knowledge of construction quality management standards, processes, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment while managing multiple scope simultaneously.
Excellent Data Analysis ability
Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problemsolving abilities.
Customeroriented
Good report writing skills
