POSTING FOR A LIMITED-TERM FACULTY POSITION IN ENGLISH LITERATURE,

MEDIA AND WRITING
fifteen credit) teaching workload at the rank of Assistant Professor in the English Literature, Media,
and Writing Program with specialization in Critical Theory and Contemporary Literature in English.

The preferred start date is January 1, 2024. There is a possibility of a 4-month extension to April 30,

D. in English studies with expertise in Critical Theory and Contemporary Literature in

English

  • The ability to teach upperyear courses in these areas as well as contribute to the program's
first-year courses in Writing and English Studies and/or Creative Writing

program's core courses:
ENGL-3057 Introduction to Critical Theories as well as ENGL-3396

Seminar in Contemporary Life Writing and ENGL-3596 Seminar in Contemporary Media.

Courses for the fall 2024 semester will be determined based on program needs as well as the
