    Position: Concierge (On Call, Permanent)
    Location: 1205 West Hastings, Vancouver BC
    Start Date: ASAP

    We have an immediate vacancy for an energetic, self-starter individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude for concierges in high-end residential towers in Coal Harbour.

    About Us
    Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family. Together we are the sixth largest strata/condo and rental management company in Canada with offices in downtown Vancouver, Delta, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary and Cambridge. Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. Combining our obsession with technology and an unwavering passion for creating vibrant strata communities, we provide community management with heart.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome all residents.
    • Conduct access controls.
    • Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required.
    • Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities.
    • Answering all resident questions.
    • Providing excellent customer service.
    • Coordinate with onsite contractors as required.

    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Computer skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Good communication skills
    • Must be available to work afternoon/evenings
