Job description
We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team here at Aluminum Window Designs.


Responsibilities:


  • Checking / Packing Physical material ensure that orders are received and scanned.
  • Monitoring consumable inventory levels and forwarding purchase requisitions to purchaser to ensure min / max inventory levels are in stock
  • Cycle counting of aluminum extrusions to aid in inventory controls
  • Responsible for daily supply records of aluminum usage
  • Offloading Trucks as required; Packaging Material as required
  • Responsible to maintain a 5S (Housekeeping).
  • Responsible of tracking production targets
  • Preform other duties as assigned
  • Responds to inquiries and resolves concerns
  • Able to work both with a team and independently.
  • Daily reporting to supervisor

Skill Requirements:


  • Ability to fluently speak the English Language
  • Ability to write in the English Language
  • Ability to read a tape measure within a tolerance of 1/16" of an inch.
  • Ability to perform physical task and standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to manage an inventory system and verify inventory reliability.
  • Ability to learn multiple types of products and dies.
  • Valid Ontario class "G" driver's license
  • Computer literacy utilizing office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Forklift certification would be considered an asset however not required

Salary:
$16.00-$25.39 per hour
