- Work closely with the sales team to develop, plan, and manage project schedules, resources, and campaign budgets.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion within time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy, including sales, product development, and customer technical support.
- Regularly conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand industry trends and competitor activities strongly.
- Analyze marketing campaign data to evaluate performance and optimize future initiatives for improved KPI results.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and sales collateral.
- The marketing assistant will maintain and update the company website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, tradeshows, conferences and media inquiries.
- Perform other marketingrelated duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing content creation and campaign planning.
- Proven experience in project management, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teams Task, Basecamp).
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Previous experience in SaaS, security & defence or related technology industry is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills and critical thinking
