Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to develop, plan, and manage project schedules, resources, and campaign budgets.
Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion within time and budget constraints.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy, including sales, product development, and customer technical support.
Regularly conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand industry trends and competitor activities strongly.
Analyze marketing campaign data to evaluate performance and optimize future initiatives for improved KPI results.
Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and sales collateral.
The marketing assistant will maintain and update the company website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Support the planning and execution of industry events, tradeshows, conferences and media inquiries.
Perform other marketingrelated duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing content creation and campaign planning.
Proven experience in project management, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teams Task, Basecamp).
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Previous experience in SaaS, security & defence or related technology industry is an asset.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills and critical thinking
