Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the sales team to develop, plan, and manage project schedules, resources, and campaign budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion within time and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy, including sales, product development, and customer technical support.
  • Regularly conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand industry trends and competitor activities strongly.
  • Analyze marketing campaign data to evaluate performance and optimize future initiatives for improved KPI results.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and sales collateral.
  • The marketing assistant will maintain and update the company website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, tradeshows, conferences and media inquiries.
  • Perform other marketingrelated duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing content creation and campaign planning.
  • Proven experience in project management, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teams Task, Basecamp).
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Previous experience in SaaS, security & defence or related technology industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills and critical thinking
