By 2015, Pures College and Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology established a partnership to deliver high quality programs to international students in our Toronto locations.

The two parties aim to enhancing the international students experience in Ontario, Creating skilled and talented workers and also driving the economic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, directing visitors, answering phone calls, answering questions, and taking messages
- Take customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate departments.
- Provide explanation to students and resolves problems in relation to their files.
- Coordinate the booking and setting up of meeting rooms. Schedule and maintains the calendar of meetings.
- Coordinate activities related to admission, examinations, registration and graduation.
- Organize and file paper and electronic documents.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for administrative and student affairs activities.
- Assist with student events and activities.
- Adhere to all school and regulatory policies and procedures, and acts as a resource person for policies and procedures.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Provide support for teams when necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2+ years customer services experience; experience in postsecondary education preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to details.
- Great administrative skills and be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Comfort with working in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment; ability to selfdirect, prioritize and multitask among competing goals.
- Flexible and be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
- Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions while dealing with conflicting demands and distractions; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Positive attitude for greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and warm manner, both inperson and through the phone.
- Ability to build and develop effective relationships with clients and team members.
Afternoon/night shift 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday
