Overview:
As the Director of Client Solutions, you'll lead the Multi-National Client Service Team, contributing directly to key outcomes like client retention and satisfaction. Your focus will be on enhancing processes and efficiencies to meet Gallagher's service goals, along with providing guidance and support to the team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and develop Client Service Brokers
- Manage a book of business and ensure team utilizes all systems effectively
- Uphold Client Driven Service Model and mentor commercial service staff
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
- Provide regular feedback and reports on staff performance
- Maintain compliance with underwriting practices and procedures
- Analyze staffing levels to meet client needs
- Serve as a point of contact for insurance carrier issues
- Oversee policy transactions processing
**Qualifications:**
- Natural leader with strong communication skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adept at prioritizing effectively
- 7+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- Active RIBO License required
- Professional certifications such as CAIB, CIP, CIM preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC is an advantage
