- Assist around the plant and operate equipment as necessary
- Possession of Class 1 or 3 license with air endorsement
- Proven track record of safe heavy truck driving for 3+ years
- Clean driving record (Driver's abstract necessary)
- Demonstrated communication and problems solving abilities in customer interactions
- Solid understanding of local and provincial transportation rules and trucking routes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor maintenance and inspections
- Physical fitness, able to handle concrete chutes, sit and stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and navigate various terrains
- Availability to work six days a week and occasional Sundays
- Willingness to work overtime based on business needs and weather conditions
