- Record Vehicle sales onto GL/Review deals daily.
- Verify car deal documentation for adherence to regulations
- Organize document filing.
- Prepare Cardesk packages at month-end.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies by gathering and analyzing account data.
- Foster positive relationships through constructive interactions with Business Unit.
- Aid in audit preparations.
- Tasks also involve (but not limited to) analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and ensuring reconciliation by liaising with business units
- Execute financial activities like month-end/year-end closing/submission, analysis, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts promptly
- Process daily vehicle flooring payout/chattel
- Monitor payments and receipts between dealership and manufacturer.

- Firm grasp of accounting fundamentals.
- Proficient in number matching and reconciliation.
- Capable of handling large transaction volumes efficiently.
- Highly self-driven, able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective collaboration with all organizational levels.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in accounting and automotive sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CDK or ADP is a plus.
