At Navigatr Group, we're looking for a talented Junior Copywriter to use their long copy skills, energy, and ideation to bring to life the brands of a fast-growing luxury travel group.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy & Creative Director, you'll be responsible for creating distinctive brand communications across all our audience touch points, including CRM, video, web, social, and print.

You'll work closely and enthusiastically with other members of our dedicated marketing team, with senior stakeholders across the group of companies, and with external agencies.

Responsibilities:


  • Brainstorming and executing outstanding creative that reflects the unique value propositions of our brands, and that helps drive consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Displaying consistently superior writing, editing and proofreading skills in all aspects of their work.
  • Welcoming feedback on their work, and being proficient at incorporating it with mínimal oversight.
  • Staying up to date on competitive trends and competitive marketing work in the travel industry.
  • Openness to developing skills and learning
  • Productive, enthusiastic, and egoless collaboration with marketing team members and other internal partners throughout the entire creative process.
  • Ensuring that all their work meets appropriate brand standards, in conjunction with other marketing team members.
  • Work with the brand team on a/b testing of messaging to optimize performance of campaigns
  • Ability to plan, work autonomously and deliver on multiple timesensitive projects in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:


  • An online portfolio of outstanding creative work, produced with one or more creative agencies.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word and PowerPoint), and Keynote.
  • Knowledgeable about a range of media, including social media platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or other relevant postsecondary achievement.
