  • Must be a licensed Realtor through RECO and in good standing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial analyses.
  • Conduct market research & maintain information databases.
  • Participate in activities to promote the business development
  • Participate in meetings with client and top management
  • Diligently target Lead Generation and Lead follow up through various marketing platforms
  • Prepare written service proposals, RFI, RFP's.
  • Prepare contracts and ensure followup and implementation
  • Play a key part in small and medium size client pitches
  • Coordinate communication between decisionmakers, property owners and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry

Salary:
$50,000.00-$180,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed
