From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.


Reporting directly to the Director, People and Culture, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the team within IBG and its subsidiaries.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:


  • Oversee and coordinate all People and Culture programs, including Wellness Program, Recognition Program and Learning Program
  • Oversee the fullcycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and managing all onboarding activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs through LMS
  • Support the administration of employee compensation and benefit programs
  • Assist with any HRrelated projects or programs as requested by management

ABOUT YOU:


  • You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CHRP/CHRL designation, or working towards completion
  • 3 years' experience in human resources field
  • Knowledge of US employment standards and laws considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HRrelated systems
