Member Relations Admin - Saskatoon, Canada - The Saskatoon Co-operative Association Limited

Reporting to the Communications Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:- Accurate Data Entry
- Maintain Saskatoon Coop membership information (new member signups, change of member address, leaving the trading area requests, equity payout requests, etc)
- Receiving and making phone calls for inquiries from Members and Customers
- Supporting the facilitation and processing of member relations programming in person and online
- Supporting the facilitation and processing of member relations programming in person and online
- Assist with the preparation of any relevant financial and business documentation
- Maintain patronage membership and equity ledgers
- Work effectively with other staff/supervisors and customers, in a fastpaced environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Business Administration Certificate (B.A.C.)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an Office Setting
- Strong experience in data entry
- Proven skill and competence in the Microsoft Suite of Products
- Experience working within a cooperative organization would be considered an asset
- Must be able to work
mornings and afternoons
