We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst to join our remote team.

Position Overview:

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities.

This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams-including engineers and designers-to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes.

Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct indepth analyses of customer data to identify patterns, trends, needs, and opportunities
Work alongside crossfunctional teams to validate problems and assist in developing solutions that are valuable, feasible, viable, and usable
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, to capture and define features, user stories, and assist in defining product roadmaps
Validate hypotheses through customer feedback to ensure product alignment with user needs
Monitor and analyze product metrics, such as user engagement and satisfaction, to provide actionable insights aimed at enhancing product performance
Ensure close collaboration with design and engineering teams to meet customer and business requirements
Develop necessary supporting documentation such as howto guides, user manuals, and feature descriptions
Engage in all facets of the Agile process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in data analysis, product management, or a similar role in a techdriven environment.
Salesforce knowledge is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights from vast data sets.
