Office Clerk

Reporting directly to the Office Manager (Monica), the Office Clerk is a critical and central role - co-ordinating and working closely with our Director of Development (Karen), Operations Manager (Dave), QA lead (Rinal) and the entire team to keep the company productive and maintain the strong Medallion brand.


We are looking for:

  • A leader who orchestrates success takes responsibility for advancing themselves, others, and the organization.
  • Smart. Can see around corners. Good Spidey Senses.
  • Point of contact for the customer inquiries; contracted services.
  • Good at reports, data entry
  • Solid computer skills. Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks.
  • Business acumen. Resourceful. Continuous improvement. Offers solutions and positive response to challenges and change.
  • Accuracy and care. Detail.
  • Experience working with people & understands the human side of getting things done.

The Challenge
Medallion is expanding. Our strategy is to reach new markets with new products. There is lots to do, from package design to foreign markets, to chocolate milk tasting (no joke).
