    How You'll Make an Impact:

    The lead of Data Analysis and Services aims to use data to drive decision-making and operational excellence within the organization. This role involves overseeing data analysis, reporting, and management services.

    • Work with data analysts for timely delivery of insights
    • Implement best practices for data analysis
    • Drive data shared services adoption
    • Provide training and support for teams
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on data-driven strategies
    • Analyze market trends and client behavior
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards

    What We Are Looking For:

    • University Degree in IT, Business, or related field
    • 5 years of data analysis experience
    • Experience in Wealth Management industry
    • Deep understanding of data management principles
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
