About the role

  • Please note this is a temporary mandate for 15 months (maternity leave replacement)
We are looking for a
SEO Advisor, Digital Platforms to join our growing team


Reporting to the Manager, Digital Platforms, you will play a key role in the optimization of our multi-platforms portfolio SEO performance, user experience and growth.

As a SEO Advisor, you'll be responsible for driving organic traffic to our websites, optimizing leads conversion & maximizing digital adoption among our clients.


You will get to:


  • Be responsible for elaborating SEO strategy, list and implement tactics to improve brands' search engine results rankings and drive positive business outcomes.
  • Track and report SEO results, provide key highlights and recommendation to executives on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor websites performance, keywords relevancy, competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Lead the growth hacking initiatives (A/B testing) roadmap to improve conversion rates and increase digital adoption for existing clients.
  • Review, implement and track accessibility standards.
  • Champion SEO best practices with developers, designers, content managers and external partners, recommend content and technical optimizations. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and defend usercentric, datadriven optimizations.
  • Plan & manage initiatives with developers and other team members.
  • Harmonize and consolidate practices, tools and KPIs used to measure success across platforms.
  • Ensure platform hygiene: core web vitals, page load, WCAG.
  • Foster closer relationships with the broader marketing team to deliver organic and paid marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

You are/have:


  • A champion of SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console, Siteimprove, SEMrush).
  • Advanced understanding of performance marketing, conversion and audience acquisition techniques.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
  • Well organized, resourceful, able to learn fast and at ease in a fastpaced, changing environment.
  • A solutiondriven professional, not afraid to challenge statusquo and innovate.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, you love working in a collaborative environment.
  • Resultsoriented, you have a strong analytical mind.
  • Good speaker with ability to summarize key highlights and present information in simple terms.

You bring:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and in performance marketing.
  • Proven success in optimizing SEO performance and improving business results.
  • Undergraduate degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in marketing or communications, or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism. Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
