We are hiring multiple Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator across different locations including:- Southwestern Ontario in London
- GTA
- Kitchener
JOB SUMMARY
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a comprehensive knowledge of the residential communities, including the availability of suite types and layouts, common areas and amenities of the building and valueadded services provided.
- Conduct regular market surveys, analyzing competition and identifying market trends for the purpose of providing input and recommendations on pricing and strategy.
- Coordinate and conduct showings of properties and suites, as required.
- Actively manage the renewal process and retention program with existing residents.
- Organize resident events and activities at the property aligned to the resident base to increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on the property's newsletter and monthly calendar.
- Adhere to company and industry standards and policies.
- Maintain detailed notes regarding residents.
- Monitor the progress of work being done in vacant units, and ensure management is aware of any delay.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 13 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in Property Management or Leasing space preferred.
- Experience with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.
- Highly organized, and capable of working within given deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of people developing and sustaining cooperative working relationships.
- Flexibility to work some weekend hours based on business needs.
- Have a thorough understanding of competing properties and current market conditions.
- Willing to travel as required, with access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
