We are a fast growing and dynamic team and have an immediate opportunity in our Burlington, Ontario headquarters

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Executive Personal Assistant will be accountable for supporting the personal, administrative, organizational, and daily needs of the President of Pro Funds Mortgages.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide proactive administrative support including liaising with internal and external contacts, to ensure all needs of the President are met.
- Maintain and monitor the President's calendar by coordinating appointments, conferences and meetings and facilitate prioritized response to matters requiring immediate attention.
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Create and maintain executive filing system, including process improvements and digitization.
- Coordinate and obtain approval on invoices for payment from the accounting department in adherence with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify and respond to requests confidently and be a professional representative of the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in similar role
- Experience in real estate a strong asset
- College diploma or University degree in relevant discipline
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates indepth analytical and problemsolving skills
- Assertive, capable of managing expectations with high degree of tact and professionalism
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, function independently and work part of a team

$60,000.00-$78,945.36 per year
