About the Role
Leadership & People Development
- Mentor and lead team members to be a highperforming team through ongoing motivation and coaching
- Ensure team members meet critical success factors and key performance indicators
- Provide expertlevel support and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Handson implementation, configuration, maintenance of onpremise, cloud and hybrid software solutions
- Work to mitigate the impact of service failures and drives the improvement of current infrastructure
- Leverage knowledge and experience to lead the delivery of solutions utilizing DevOps and Automation principles and tools
- Lead the work to elicit client requirements, develop project planning approaches, including assessment of current state processes and tools, and development of a future state and a longterm solution roadmap
- Provide technical guidance and project leadership to project team members through all phases of the systems life cycle, from user requirements through implementation, to support and maintenance
- 3+ years of experience leading small to medium size support and/or DevOps teams comprised of employees, contractors, and vendors
- Experience with monitoring and server management tools, log management tools, and automation build and deployment tools
- Experience leading a support team in mixed technology environments (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with focus on troubleshooting and translation of system issues to business impact
- Quickly understand endtoend business processes, clarify complex processes and develop technical solutions using business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across groups at all levels of the organization
- Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills; work well on crossfunctional teams
