This role sits within Laurentian Bank.

Responsibilities:

o Provide daily support to Commercial Banking users for T24 and Visa

o Identify training needs related to systems

o Contribute to operational efficiency improvements by identifying necessary enhancements to the system and improving task automation

o Contribute to various bank transformation projects as the Commercial Banking representative and T24 and Visa system expert

o Identify functional issues, anomalies, and critical improvements

o Participate in documentation of business requirements and impacted processes

o Establish acceptance test strategies (planning, documentation) and ensure execution in collaboration with the various users and stakeholders

o Contribute to change management for Commercial Banking users during the implementation of new functionalities

o Monitor T24 and Visa technology deployments and bug fixes

o Identify potential solutions for functional issues and escalate incidents to appropriate departments when needed

o Ensure data integrity and perform regular monitoring

o Contribute to the identification and solutions for data issues and monitor the effectiveness of remediation plans

o Complete additional task of the same nature or of a general nature requested by their manager or required within the framework of their role

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

o University education in a field related to Finance and minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience ideally in the financial field

o Oral and written French and English*Specific skills

o Manipulate data in Excel (intermediate/advanced)

o Analytical and conceptual skills

o Ability to adapt and learn quickly new environments and systems

o Focused on results, productivity, and continuous improvement

o Leadership, autonomy, sense of organization and ability to work as a team

o Know how to prioritize and develop privileged contact with users
