Responsibilities:


  • Lead, train and manage a team of associates performing daily management of display, social, search, OLV, affiliate and Unaddressed AdMail campaigns from planning and execution to analysis and reporting.
  • Partner with Business Analyst and Data Science teams to measure the effectiveness of marketing investments identifying opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal associates and Brand AOR partners to develop fullfunnel digital strategies for brand, acquisition and product focused campaigns.
  • Coordinate across internal teams including Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, Technology, Creative etc. to execute strategies End to End.
  • Work with a crossfunctional team to develop and execute a testing agenda, including; audiences, user experience, creative, landing page, and channel/partner/platform expansions, CRO and more.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, betas, and new opportunities; advise on new ways to reach audiences.
  • Manage and strengthen agency and partner relationships with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Meta and other vendors to ensure account teams bring value through their services.
  • Develop robust, efficient, and scalable marketing operations processes to ensure the channel is run in a well managed way, seeking approvals, documenting launches and looking for ways to optimize processes etc.
  • Communicate regular updates, channel metrics, progress reports, timelines, and results to key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a like field
  • 5+ years of experience in display, social, search, affiliate and OLV marketing with execution level experience/knowledge of key platforms/partners including but not limited to; GDN, GMP, Meta, The Trade Desk, Microsoft, Yahoo and more
  • 5+ years of experience planning and implementing digital acquisition strategies
  • 5+ years of experience managing multimillion dollar digital campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience in people management
  • 1+ year of experience in project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, insights, and results to stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing managing a high volume accounts and large media budgets
  • An expert in bidding and targeting strategies, budget allocation, and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience in other digital marketing channels such as Addressable TV, Connected TV, Digital Audio, Social, etc.
