Dream is looking to welcome its latest Graphic Design Intern
We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community.

Dream's Creative team is currently looking for a Graphic Design Intern who will report directly to the Manager, Graphic Design.

You will be working alongside a Senior Graphic Designer and intermediate Graphic Designer on individual and combined initiatives.

We are looking for someone who wants to join our fast-paced environment to help us to develop new, creative and forward-thinking ideas to build our brand, marketing and communications platform further.

As a designer, you will be interested to note that our brand identity has been favorited thousands of times on Behance, and won the Community Choice award in the global Core 77 Design awards 2015.

What experience will I gain?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
You will be supporting the Creative Team in their marketing and communications efforts.

Concretely, here are a few of the primary responsibilities you'll be taking on:

Execute beautiful graphic communication for our Homes by Dream brand and Western Canada communities further evolve our brand identity platform
Assist in setting up and organizing technical design such as floorplans, eblast, brochures, events collateral, posters, social media contents, digital materials etc.
Heavy focus on print production and preparation of files
Collaborate and engage in team brainstorming meetings
Engage professionally with our Western Canada Marketing team
Work for a variety of communities within in Dream Development

What type of experience and skills do you have?
These are only some of the things we'd like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet.

Fresh graduate from college or University with a degree in Graphic Design
BONUS You're web and social media savvy
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) for both web (digital) and print;
Basic skills in HTML and CSS for e blasts
Proficient in the setup of print ready files for production
