Job Description

  • Create a positive and welcoming guest experience, sharing the vision of the space.
  • Help guest select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions
  • Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guest' choices; guest' special dietary needs and special requests
  • Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc.
- graciously manage multiple tables at the same time communication with kitchen staff

  • Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system Qualifications
  • High attention to detail
  • Serve it right certification
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask and retain information
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge including inhouse wine and cocktails
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.

Salary:
$15.50-$16.50 per hour
