We are in search of a Sales Support Specialist to bolster our business expansion in Toronto. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will be pivotal in helping our sales team achieve their goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your role:

Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating with internal departments for a smooth process
Handle incoming leads, qualify them based on set criteria, and engage with potential clients
Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Conduct market research, contribute to strategic planning, and boost sales efficiency

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior experience in sales support or customer service, particularly in the POS payment industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
