Homewood Suites by Hilton is looking for someone with strong customer service skills and hotel front desk experience to join our team as a
Guest Service Agent

What will you be doing?

  • Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
  • Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location; prepare for group checkin and out and VIP arrivals; become informed of events/ functions in the hotel during the shift.
  • Upsell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests; promotes hotel services, facilities, and outlets; provide guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction. Make appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.

What are the requirements for this role?

  • At least one (1) year of guest service experience at a hotel
  • Strong communication/customer service skills as a significant amount of time are spent interacting with guests
  • Available to work any shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overnight when required
