Summary


The Client Experience Specialist is integral to the Health and Productivity (HPS) business through the support and collaboration with the Service Delivery team and other areas of business and enterprise to achieve short and long-term business objectives.


The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have accurate financial oversight, with direct accountability to accurate revenue tracking and monthly billing.


The Client Experience Specialist works within a team that supports internal stakeholders by providing accurate insights and outcome via reporting functionality as well as managing any impromptu request from clients.


Responsibilities:

Participate in the coordination, oversight, and execution of the governance strategy on each assigned account.


This includes:

  • Delivering reports (scheduled and adhoc) for client meetings;
  • Providing aggregate data to the Directors on their clients, and;
  • Assisting the Service Delivery team with any adhoc reporting requests.
Support contract and renewals on all assigned clients.


This includes:

  • Providing the Directors with client's profitability using the profitability calculator, and;
  • Updating the template produced by the contract admin team;
  • Collaborate with, and support the client team in ensuring that our clients have accurate financial oversight, with direct accountability to accurate revenue tracking (bottom line). This includes producing accurate monthly billing data to the service delivery team for approval.
To be successful as a Client Experience Specialist, the following core qualifications are required:

  • Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative client service / support role in a corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills required including time management
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work proactively and anticipate executive needs
