General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities- Work with the caisse's management committee to develop an annual communications plan in accordance with the budget allocated.
Provide advisory support to managers on communication activities for various client segments, community organizations, officers, managers and employees, and help them carry out these activities.- Help maintain a positive image of the caisse and Desjardins Group by identifying potentially risky situations and informing the caisse's general management team and the various partners impacted.- Partner with specialized firms to analyze, choose and oversee the quality of the communication methods used for members and clients (e.g., letters, mass mailings).
Carry out various information sharing and production projects (e.g., local and internal newspapers).- Support caisse representatives in maintaining business relationships with various client segments and community organizations.
Help organize events intended for them (e.g., information sessions, conferences, activities in residences, school activities, events with the caisse business partners).- Communicate with communities via social media by writing informational content to be published (e.g., ads, videos) and ensuring the overall relevance and consistency of the comments and interactions.- Monitor the various merchandising propositions from Desjardins Group (e.g., ordering promotional materials for the whole caisse).- Help organize the logistics for various caisse events (e.g., annual general meeting, special meeting, and engagement and recognition activities).

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
