The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play an instrumental role in a wide range of critical tasks that are central to the company's marketing strategy.

The individual in this role will contribute to the growth of EAIGLE's brand and market share within enterprise software sector.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination of Conferences, Trade Shows & Exhibitions (30%)_
  • Oversee the coordination of all conference, show and exhibition activities including preevent planning, preevent communication, logístical coordination, and postevent followups
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of internal company events and webinars
  • Assist with organization of event project management including scheduling regular meetings and following up on assigned tasks to other team members
  • Provide the team with any support required for offsite internal and external events
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management (35%)_
  • Oversee all social media aspects (LinkedIn), including managing the content calendar, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics
  • Analyze and report on various marketing initiative performances, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize results
  • Design and update marketing materials such as graphical assets, brochures, onepagers, and presentation slides for various purposes, including meetings, speeches, and exhibitions
  • Communication, Administration & Research (35%)_
  • Interface with all departments to source innovative success stories, program launches, key wins, new deals and openings, and other content as directed by the Director of Marketing or Chief Executive Officer
  • Support teams with internal communication/messaging, facilitate effective information flow regarding policy updates, and company announcements
  • Conduct market research within various sectors to add value to the company's growth strategy and market positioning
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by department leaders or company executives._

  • This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and indirectly to the CEO

Work Format

  • Hybrid: 80% in office, 20% remote

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


Professional Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of handson experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to managing exhibitions/conferences and digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, for creating and editing marketing materials
  • Experience with HubSpot and other marketing analytics tools, and the ability to derive insights and suggest improvements based on data
  • Comfortable with internal communication and the ability to facilitate information flow across various teams
  • Experience with event planning or hospitality service is a plus
