The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Marketing Intern to join our growing team.

You will have an opportunity to work on diverse marketing projects, including website management, content creation, SEO implementation, and marketing material design.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and report directly to the Director of Marketing, giving you first-hand experience of the industry's dynamics.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Website Management, Content Management & SEO Implementation (30%)_
• Assist with the company website including updating, maintaining, and implementing improvements
• Create a proposal for the company's SEO strategy to improve our online visibility and website performance
• Take responsibility for the written and video content repository, ensuring it is kept uptodate and effectively organized
• Regularly upload video content on the company's YouTube channel as instructed by the head of marketing and/or sales division
• Marketing Material Design Support (30%)_
• Collaborate with the marketing team in designing and updating marketing materials such as graphical assets, brochures, onepagers, and presentation slides for various purposes, including meetings, speeches, and exhibitions
• Own the company's marketing materials and collaterals, ensuring they are always uptodate and effectively organized
• Social Media Support (20%)_
• Assist with all social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics
• Administrative, Research & Coordination Assistance (20%)_
• Assist the team with administrative, research, and coordination tasks
• Any additional duties and responsibilities assigned to you by department leaders and/or the company executives._

A Typical Day for the Marketing Intern
As a Marketing Intern at EAIGLE, your day will vary significantly. You may start your day by updating content on our website or scheduling posts for our social media channels.

Midday, you might collaborate with the team on designing marketing materials or uploading new video content to our YouTube channel.

In the afternoon, you may assist the team with administrative tasks or brainstorm SEO strategies. Every day will provide a unique learning experience and the opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives.


Team and Reporting Structure

• This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work alongside the Marketing Coordinator

Work Format

• Hybrid: 80% in office, 20% remote

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


Professional Experience and Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator and Photoshop, for creating and editing marketing materials
