Title:
Coordinator, Community Capital Assets - Internal Only

Salary:
$69,089 - $74,441 per year (pay range explained below)


Contract:
Permanent


Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. 8am-4pm / 8:30am-4:30pm / 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Location:
West Hastings St, Vancouver.

Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.

About the role

The Coordinator, Community Capital Assets role is an exciting opportunity to work with a tea that is dedicated and passionate about building a future of health equity for BC First Nations.

The team is involved in building new health centres, nursing stations, primary care facilities, heliports, residences and more.

In this role, you will provide executive administration to Director and Executive Director and you will be responsible for overseeing and providing coaching for coordination, administration, office management, and financial support for the team.

This position is fully onsite.


About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Experience in administration at a senior level (usually acquired over a period of 35 years)
  • Experience in working with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations
  • Experience utilizing a variety of office tools including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of the FNHA, and it's structure and interdependencies
  • Knowledge of information, records and data management approaches and options

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
