HLST is looking for an experienced Transportation Logistic Supervisor to manage a team of 7 plus drivers, You must have excellent organization skills, be very familiar with the Toronto area, must have your AZ licence and have knowledge in trucking and all the administrative functions.

Have excellent leadership skills. Ensuring the deliveries are done on time without delay. We offer an excellent group benefits.

Duties;

  • Oversee and manage the transportation operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including assigning drivers and vehicles to routes
  • Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition
  • Resolve any issues or delays in transportation operations
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs and vehicle maintenance reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to transportation operations

$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
