Description

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a tour of the spa facilities.
  • Assist guests with the use of spa equipment, such as saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring a tidy appearance of the facilities.
  • Provide guests with towels, robes, and slippers.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensure guest comfort and privacy is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and payments.
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge and training in order to recommend treatments and products to guests.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fastpaced environment.
