Description

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

The Bartender will maintain a clean and organized bar area and provide a welcoming and friendly environment to guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections based on their preferences and our menu offerings.
Ensure prompt and efficient service by accurately and quickly processing customer orders and payments.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, replenishing inventory, and organizing bar tools and equipment.
Engage in friendly and professional conversations with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and local favorites.
Adhere to all applicable alcohol laws and regulations, including verifying the age and identification of customers to prevent underage drinking.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, assist in food service when necessary, and support fellow staff during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and any special promotions or events.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender, with knowledge of mixology and customer service.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with strong multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
Must be 21 years of age or older, with the ability to serve alcohol legally.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
