As part of the Real Estate Operations team, the Operations Specialist will support the downtown office located at 215 Slater St, Ottawa and is required to ensure critical workload priorities are managed for corporate real estate and tenant services and our Work Styles.

Work Styles is a strategic corporate program designed to create value for a team member and our company.

It's about enabling mobility and flexibility; allowing ream members to work when and where they are most effective while achieving their personal work/life balance goals.

This role is expected to work in office with mínimal supervision.


What you'll do

  • Deliver exceptional daytoday service to our team members and our landlords/property managers.
  • Focus on customer service excellence in the role and manage to satisfactory resolution.
  • Complete daily walk throughs of the building
  • Support our facility services programs/processes and protocols.
  • Action TELUS Service Requests.
  • Monitor corporate concierge mailbox.
  • Complete floor, mobile workstation and LAN room audits.
  • Open work orders as needed and followup until actioned.
  • Ordering/restocking of office supplies for business centres and meeting rooms.
  • Preparing workspace for team members.
  • Technology repairs/ troubleshoot (TV's, media & google boxes, meeting room equipment).
  • Vendor/contractor escorts.
  • Participate in monthly team calls
  • Backup for Consilium.

  • 2+ years with corporate real estate experience
  • Dependability, adapatbility and flexibility
  • Knowledge of budgeting process
  • Good computer/app skills
  • Ability for heavy lifting on occasions

  • Bilingual speaking would be asset but not required
