Key areas of responsibility:
This supporting role will require an individual with organizational skills, strong time management and communication capabilities. This highly analytical person will have 5 plus years working in a Sales Operations or Sales Analyst role.
They will become knowledgeable in all aspects of Fully Managed's business in a rapidly evolving market to drive monthly sales and improve on sales processes.
What you get to do in this role:
- Analyses and interpretation of sales results including trends, metrics, products, sales teams, and other key indicators
- Assist Sales Directors and CRO with business operations and improvements
- Monitor and analyze variances of actual results from budgets, forecasts, and other plans
- Improve financial and sales results by analyzing results and variances, determining trends, and recommending actions
- Understanding of the sales process with core focus on development and enforcing processes for scale across the Sales Team
- Ability to identify areas where we can improve sales productivity and impact revenue, analyze course correct and implement as needed
- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Create, run, and share reports in Salesforce
- Use spreadsheets and workbooks, charts and graphs, and pivot tables to communicate results
- Own & manage the sales process ensuring consistency across our lines of business
- Work with various stakeholders on our sales process for continuous improvement
- Manage process flow within Salesforce using Salesforce Flows
- Work between sales & finance to ensure sales reps are capturing the correct contract information to provide a smooth customer onboarding
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations or Sales Analytics
- University or equivalent job experience
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting and statistical analysis
- Organization and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as on your own
- Ability to take the initiative daily
- Knowledge of Salesforce reports & dashboards
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
