Inc. is an exciting company located in Burlington Ontario, that is currently looking for
Production Associates to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will work with the Quality Assurance department to examine products and materials to ensure that customer specifications and company standards are met. We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment

  • This position operates on a straight night shift (11pm7am) basis and is eligible for shift premium._

Responsibilities

  • Assist to monitor process performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports
  • Assist in developing a system for documentation control/retention
  • Help to ensure outgoing finished products meet customer specifications
  • Help to effectively manage customer complaints and nonconformance issues, in conjunction with the Customer Service Team
  • Help develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Help perform internal quality audits
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor, or as the situation dictates

Physical Demands

  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Involves repetitive motions
  • Must be able to lift upto 50lbs occasionally
  • Engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers
  • Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather conditions
  • Adaptable to relative sound pressure levels

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 1 year of quality inspection, auditing and testing experience preferred
  • Use of proper PPE while performing functions, CSA steel toed safety shoes are mandatory
  • Must be willing to work all shifts & to work overtime as business needs require
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the job
  • Excellent electronic, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to execute good judgement and decision making for the purposes of process improvement and problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities in a team environment
11pm-7am

Scheduled OT as required

Eligible for shift premiums
