PDI Bulk is looking for a CSR - Customer Service / Account Representative for our Guelph location

What you'll do as the Customer Service Rep/Account Rep:

  • Process orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Ability to stay organized.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred.
  • MS Office mid to high experience
  • Should have the ability to manage time and carry out tasks required efficiently and effectively.
  • Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write)
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset

Shift Hours:


  • 8:30am5:00pm
  • Monday-Friday
  • Subject to change

Pay:
$19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
  • TMW, Synergize & People Net programs: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • SAP: 1 year (preferred)
