Duties & Responsibilities:

Craft compelling job ads to ensure the highest possible response rate from targeted talent.
Understand the competitive landscape and proactively work with stakeholders to finesse recruiting strategy.
Create, innovative and implement resourceful sourcing strategies to find and attract active talent through a variety of search methods to include social media, internal databases, job boards, networking & referrals, professional industry organizations and other search techniques etc.
Manage inflow of applicants on a timely basis
Manage multiple job requisitions, with excellent evaluation skills
Attend career fairs and present at industry events (when applicable)
You will collaborate with your new team members on HR / Recruitment related projects.
23 years of experience working as a recruiter
Strong English oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate flexibility in responding to shifting priorities
Excellent organization and Time Management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize workload
