HR Recruiting Administrator

REPORTS TO:
Human Resources Manager


Job Type:
Term


Length of Term: 18 months


Responsibilities:


  • Post new job opportunities
  • Conduct meetings with hiring managers/department administrators to understand requirements of the roles
  • Screen resumes for the essential requirements
  • Forward successful applicants to hiring teams for consideration
  • Track success of the recruitment process by creating and analyzing reports from the ATS and other recruitment campaigns
  • Participate in virtual/inperson interviews
  • Conduct biweekly meetings with third party recruiting platforms to ensure job posting efficiency and productivity
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and market compensation information for technical roles
  • Manage career fair recruitment
  • Participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Occasional workrelated travel to London and Toronto

Requirements:


  • Postsecondary education in Human Resources or relevant experience is required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Experience with ATS and/or HCM systems is an asset
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgement
  • Ability to focus, prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle
