This position is part of the IT Service Department and will be a remote position located in Concord, Canada.

The vision is for this individual to support the IT department by driving solutions within the ServiceNow platform that aligns with our strategic goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Automate IT and business processes using ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platforms.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring our usage is secure and compliant.
Create standard operating procedures within ServiceNow and train IT team members.
Building analytical reports from multiple data sets and platforms, including ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure, etc.

The essential qualifications needed include:

A university degree or diploma, preferably in technology or business, though we are open to various backgrounds and experiences.
Some experience configuring ServiceNow or similar products.
2+ years of experience supporting technology solutions and corporate users.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or fundamentals coursework.
